Qualifications

• 5+ years of commercial carpentry or completion of a formal apprenticeship.
• Live in or relocate to the Cleveland, Ohio area.
• Own a complete set of journeyman-level hand and power tools.
• Deep understanding of carpentry techniques and the ability to read blueprints.
• Stable employment history with verifiable references.
• Reliable transportation to job sites and ability to pass a background check.
• Ability to pass a drug screening.

Responsibilities

• Interior/Exterior Metal Stud Framing.
• Drywall Hanging.
• Layout and installation of acoustical ceiling grid and tile.
• Read and interpret technical drawings, building codes, and sketches to determine project dimensions and material needs.
• Inspect and replace damaged frameworks or structures in both new builds and remodeling projects.
