Qualifications

• Minimum 5+ years of framing and/or finish carpentry with leadership experience.
• Strong knowledge of carpentry techniques and local building codes.
• Proficiency with standard industry tools and heavy machinery.
• Ability to manage daily reports, schedules, and material orders.
• Stable employment history with verifiable references.
• Willing to relocate to the Cleveland, OH area.
• Valid driver’s license and ability to pass background check and drug screen.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and delegate tasks to a team of 1–3+ carpenters.
• Perform framing, layout, and finish carpentry while overseeing site production.
• Read blueprints and construction plans to ensure accuracy in framing and installation.
• Enforce workplace safety regulations and maintain high standards on-site.
• Serve as the first point of contact for subcontractors, architects, and project managers.
• Allocate labor, materials, and equipment efficiently to minimize waste.
