Qualifications

• Four years of HVAC installation, test, maintenance, and repair experience.
• Full journey-level knowledge of the HVAC trade.
• Ability to read blueprints and schematics.
• Knowledge of OSHA safety rules and procedures.
• Ability to use a computer and work order systems.

Responsibilities

• Responds to emergency calls and performs repairs.
• Troubleshoots and repairs AC and ventilation systems.
• Maintains and tests commercial/industrial HVAC equipment.
• Welds, brazes, and fabricates as needed for installations.
• May train or supervise HVAC apprentices.
