You will assist clients with researching destinations, dates, budgets, and interests, coordinate reservations, monitor payments, and keep travelers informed as plans progress. This remote role offers flexible scheduling and onboarding for beginners.

• Assist with coordinating selected vacation arrangements.
• Use supplier systems to manage reservation tasks.
• Verify traveler information and bookings for accuracy.
• Organize confirmations and important trip details.
• Monitor deposits, payments and deadlines.
• Follow up with clients on outstanding decisions or information.
• Share updates as plans progress.
• Assist with routine reservation questions and modification requests.
• Maintain accurate client files.
• Continue expanding knowledge of destinations, suppliers, and services.

Position Summary

We are seeking organized, solutions-oriented individuals to join our remote team as Journey Services Consultant. In this role, you will assist clients with researching and coordinating the different components of their vacations while providing dependable service throughout the planning process.

Assignments may include resort vacations, cruises, all-inclusive stays, family getaways, couples trips, group experiences, tours, transportation, activities, and international destinations.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify choices that match individual client requests
• Provide clear information about available services, inclusions, and reservation requirements

• Use approved supplier systems to manage reservation-related tasks
• Review traveler information and booking details for accuracy
• Organize confirmations and other important trip information
• Monitor deposits, final payments, and required deadlines
