• Review booking conditions, payment requirements, and package details.
• Help finalize selected arrangements using approved supplier technology.
• Double-check passenger information and reservation confirmations.
• Keep client files, itinerary details, and booking documents organized.
• Monitor upcoming deadlines and outstanding reservation requirements.
• Maintain communication regarding booking updates and client questions.
• Assist with standard itinerary adjustments and departure-related information.

Role Overview

As a Journey Services Specialist, you will serve as a resource for clients seeking assistance with vacation selections, booking arrangements, and travel preparation. Your focus will be on making the planning process organized, informative, and convenient.

You may assist with cruises, all-inclusive resorts, family vacations, luxury stays, couples getaways, group trips, and international experiences.
