Job Summary

The University of Wisconsin Press Journals Division serves a worldwide audience through publishing peer-reviewed academic and professional journals. The Journals Customer Service candidate will be a detail oriented, highly organized individual with great communication skills. This role works closely with libraries, subscription agents, scholarly societies, and other press and administrative staff to manage current subscriptions and develop new business opportunities.

Compensation

The target pay range for this position is $17.31-$21.15 per hour. Actual pay will depend on the selected candidate's qualifications.

This position is eligible for a comprehensive benefits package, including generous paid-time off, competitively priced health/dental/vision/life insurance, tax-advantaged savings accounts, and participation in the nationally recognized Wisconsin Retirement System (WRS) pension fund. Work Schedule/Location

This is a part-time position, 32 hours per week. This position offers flexibility in work schedule and remote work. Expectations regarding scheduling and remote work will be discussed during the interview process.

The UW Press offices are located on the UW-Madison campus in Memorial Library, 728 State Street, Suite 443.
