Taylor Morrison is seeking a Joint Venture Development Manager for the Dallas Division to oversee JV projects, ensuring development plans align with budgets and schedules. Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required or equivalent in relevant field.
• Minimum four years’ experience in land development or forward planning in homebuilding.
• Demonstrated ability to work with minimal supervision and strong communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Review due diligence materials and assist in land planning and development strategy for new projects.
• Coordinate with Joint Venture partners as required by the JV agreement.
• Assist VP of Land Development in organizing JV meetings with homebuilding divisions.
• Prepare project schedules and land development budgets/cash flows.
• Manage JV operating team and assist in bid processes and contractor coordination.
• Coordinate with outside counsel on lot options, takedowns, and amendments.
