Job summary

Ziplyfiber is seeking a Supervisor, Joint Use, to oversee joint use infrastructure management, ensuring compliance with safety standards. The position involves leading a team of engineers and contractors, managing performance metrics, and engaging with community stakeholders.

The ideal candidate will have significant experience in Outside Plant construction and a strong commitment to safety and operational excellence. This role includes high levels of public engagement, requiring excellent communication and negotiation skills.

Qualifications

• Minimum of three years’ experience in joint use, Outside Plant construction, or utility coordination.
• Minimum of one year leading crews, contractors, or small teams.
• Strong knowledge of National Electrical Safety Code (NESC) standards and local permitting processes.

Responsibilities

• Lead and supervise a diverse team for joint use infrastructure management.
• Oversee compliance with NESC and local permitting requirements.
• Manage third-party attacher, utility partner, and vendor relationships.
