Job summary

Torch Technologies, Inc. in Alexandria, VA seeks a Joint Requirements Analyst to support C-sUAS missions for JIATF 401. The role focuses on gap analysis, requirements development, and briefing products to senior stakeholders.

Requirements include U.S. citizenship, 5+ years of experience, and an active DoD clearance (secret with potential TS). A Bachelor’s or Master’s degree is preferred. Relocation is not required.

Qualifications

• U.S. Citizenship.
• Bachelor’s Degree or Master’s Degree preferred.
• 5+ years of related work experience.
• Active secret DoD clearance is required to start with ability to obtain and maintain a Top Secret clearance.
• Must have a basic understanding of the Counter Unmanned Aircraft Systems (C-UAS) mission.
• Senior Military Staff experience required (Joint Staff, OSD, COCOM, military service).

Responsibilities

• Support the identification and prioritization of C-sUAS gaps and the development of briefing products related to gap analysis.
• Identify and integrate developments in materiel and non-materiel solutions with combat developers and program managers to improve warfighting capabilities for the Joint Force.
• Develop and analyze requirements documents in support of joint capabilities development processes.
• Prepare briefings, information papers, EXSUMS, and decision support correspondence.
• Represent JIATF 401 equities at briefings, meetings, forums or conferences concerning organizational or functional areas of responsibility within the C-sUAS community of interest.
• Execute staff actions to support JIATF 401 efforts.
• Answer requests for information from C-sUAS stakeholders to include Congress, OSD and other key organizations.
