Job summary

Torch Technologies is seeking a Joint Requirements Analyst to support JIATF 401 in its C-sUAS mission. The role requires developing requirements across DOTMLPF-P, coordinating with combat developers and program managers, and briefing key stakeholders.

The ideal candidate has 5+ years of related experience, U.S. citizenship, and an active secret DoD clearance with potential for Top Secret. Location is Mark Center, Alexandria, VA, with travel as needed.

Qualifications

• U.S. Citizenship is required to start.
• Bachelor's or Master's degree preferred; advanced degree considered.
• Minimum 5 years of related work experience in defense or DoD programs.
• Active secret DoD clearance required to start with ability to obtain Top Secret clearance.
• Strong understanding of C-sUAS mission and related systems.
• Senior Military Staff experience preferred (Joint Staff, OSD, COCOM, military service).

Responsibilities

• Support identification and prioritization of C-sUAS gaps and develop briefing products.
• Integrate materiel and non-materiel solutions with combat developers and program managers to improve warfighting capabilities.
• Develop and analyze requirements documents in support of joint capabilities development processes.
• Prepare briefings, information papers, EXSUMS, and decision support correspondence for JIATF 401 equities.
• Execute staff actions and respond to information requests from Congress, OSD, and other key organizations.
