Job summary

KBR, Inc. seeks a Plans & Operations Analyst SME with deep expertise in Directed Energy C-UAS and NAS concepts to support JIATF 401 initiatives. The role interfaces with senior leaders to synchronize plans and operations across DoW and interagency partners.

A TS clearance and staff experience at multiple defense levels are preferred. The role emphasizes strategic planning, risk assessment, and mission-ready coordination in CONUS/OCONUS environments, with responsibilities spanning briefing

Qualifications

• 10+ years of related work experience.
• Bachelor’s degree required.
• Top Secret security clearance with eligibility for SCI.
• Staff experience at Service, Joint, CCMD, and/or OSD Staff levels.

Responsibilities

• Serve as SME to leadership on Directed Energy C-UAS employment in NAS.
• Provide FAA NAS knowledge for safe and efficient air operations.
• Deliver technical expertise in Direct Energy and High Power Microwave systems.
• Develop briefings and talking points for senior leaders.
• Lead staffing of division taskers in ETMS2/CATMS and related systems.
