Job summary

Torch Technologies is seeking a Joint Requirements Analyst to support JIATF 401 in its C-sUAS mission. The role requires U.S. citizenship, a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree, 5+ years of related experience, and an active Secret DoD clearance with the ability to obtain a TS clearance. Senior military staff experience is preferred.

The position is based at Mark Center in Alexandria, VA, with standard M-F hours and up to 10% travel. Competitive salary and comprehensive benefits are offered.

Qualifications

• U.S. citizenship is required for the position.
• Bachelor’s degree or Master’s degree preferred.
• Minimum 5 years of related work experience in defense or security domains.
• Active Secret DoD clearance is required to start, with ability to obtain TS clearance.

Responsibilities

• Support identification and prioritization of C-sUAS gaps and develop briefing products.
• Integrate materiel and non-materiel solutions with combat developers and program managers.
• Develop and analyze requirements documents for joint capabilities development.
• Prepare briefings, information papers, EXSUMS, and decision support correspondence.
• Represent JIATF 401 equities at briefings and meetings as needed.

JIATF 401 serves as the Department of War’s central point for synchronizing and integrating C-sUAS efforts across all stakeholders—including the Joint Staff, Services, and inter-agency partners—both CONUS and OCONUS.The incumbent will assist in generating requirements to address the full spectrum of materiel and non-materiel needs, encompassing Doctrine, Organization, Training, Materiel (non-developmental), Leadership, Personnel, Facilities, and Policy (DOTMLPF-P).**As a Joint Requirements Analyst your duties will include the following, but are not limited to:*** Support the identification and prioritization of C-sUAS gaps and the development of briefing products related to gap analysis.* Identify and integrate developments in materiel and non-materiel solutions with combat developers and program managers to improve warfighting capabilities for the Joint Force.* Develop and analyze requirements documents in support of joint capabilities development processes.* Prepare briefings, information papers, EXSUMS, and decision support correspondence Represent JIATF 401 equities at briefings, meetings, forums or conferences concerning organizational or functional areas of responsibility within the C-sUAS community of interest.* Execute staff actions to support JIATF 401 efforts.* Answer requests for information from C-sUAS stakeholders to include Congress, OSD and other key organizations.**Job Requirements*** U.S. Citizenship* Bachelor’s Degree or Master’s Degree preferred* 5+ years of related work experience* Active secret DoW clearance is required to start with ability to obtain and maintain a Top Secret clearance.* Must have a basic understanding of the Counter Unmanned Aircraft Systems (C-UAS) mission* Senior Military Staff experience required (Joint Staff, OSD, COCOM, military service)**Schedule:** M-F; 8-5**Work Location:** Mark Center, Alexandria, VA.**Travel:** 0-10%**Relocation Assistance Available:** No**Position Contingent Upon Award of Contract:** No**Salary Range:** $130,000-$150,000The salary range information is a general guideline only.
