Job summary
MaineHealth's Orthopedics - Joint Replacements team seeks a coordinated, professional Registered Nurse or Nurse Practitioner to join as Coordinator - Joint Replacements in a full-time, Monday-Friday role; no weekends, on-call, or holidays.
You will support orthopedic operations, contribute to quality initiatives, patient education, and programs across departments, partnering with the Program Manager and staff to ensure a high-quality patient journey.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree preferred.
- Current license to practice in Maine as a Registered Nurse, Physician Assistant or Nurse Practitioner required.
- Experience: N/A.
Responsibilities
- Support orthopedic operations, quality and performance improvement initiatives, patient education, certification requirements, marketing and outreach, and joint replacement programs.
- Coordinate projects, track progress, support patient flow, and help ensure a high-quality experience for patients and families.
- Collaborate with Orthopedics Program Manager, providers and frontline staff across departments.
