Job summary

Stryker Group is seeking a Joint Replacement Sales Associate to support marketing and sales of Stryker products by covering cases and evaluating in OR and office settings. The role involves assisting sales reps, tracking territory progress, building client relationships, and providing exceptional customer service.

Requires a Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of education/experience; U.S. driving license, fluent English, and ability to lift up to 50 lbs.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree required.
• OR Associate’s Degree or Medical Certification (CST, PT, CPT, etc.) AND minimum 2 years of related experience.
• OR High School Diploma AND minimum 4 years of related experience.
• OR Minimum 4 years of active-duty military service.
• Preferred: medical-related fields, B2B sales with goals, experience in fast-paced competitive environments, team leadership experience.

Responsibilities

• Assist confident, competitive and results oriented salespeople in promoting and selling Stryker products.
• Conduct product evaluations in Operating Room (OR) and office settings.
• Assist with business development activities, track territory progress and communicate with Sales Representatives.
• Solve product problems onsite and educate medical staff.
• Provide exceptional service to customers.
• Maintain sample inventory with strong time management.
• Build lasting client relationships with key stakeholders.
• Learn or hone selling skills through coaching/mentoring from Joint Replacement Sales Representatives and Managers.
• On-call duties evenings, weekends, and holidays as territory needs dictate.
• Complete required trainings and certifications to maintain product expertise.
