Stryker in Phoenix, AZ is seeking a Clinical Specialist for Joint Replacement to support surgeons in both robotic (Mako SmartRobotics) and manual orthopedic procedures. You will gain hands-on experience with CT-based planning, implant sizing, registration and intra-operative support while developing strong instrumentation and OR protocol skills.

The role requires adaptability in a fast-paced surgical environment, on-call duties, and the ability to manage instrument handling and set-up.

Qualifications

• Fluency in English (written and spoken).
• Bachelor’s degree required; alternative pathways with experience accepted.
• Experience or background in clinical setting preferred.

Responsabilités

• Gain competency in solo case coverage for manual and robotic procedures.
• Assist surgeons with pre-operative CT-based planning, implant sizing and positioning.
• Support full case preparation, instrumentation checks, and OR readiness.
• Troubleshoot technical issues in the operating room; support inventory and logistics.
• Build relationships with surgeons, OR staff and cross-functional partners.
• Complete required trainings and certifications.
• Provide on-call coverage during evenings, weekends and holidays.
