Job summary

Enloe Health, a Level II Trauma Center in Northern California, seeks a Clinic Supervisor to oversee the development, coordination and operational management of clinic services. You will supervise staff, support program development, marketing and business planning with clinic leadership and the Medical Director.

The role emphasizes collaboration with providers and hospital leadership to optimize clinical, financial and patient satisfaction outcomes across the care continuum.

Qualifications

• Minimum: Two years clerical experience in medical setting.
• One-year supervisory experience in a hospital ambulatory area, hospital-based clinic or medical practice setting.
• Desired: Associates or bachelor’s degree in business, healthcare, or related field.

Responsibilities

• Develop, coordinate and manage the clinic(s) operations.
• Supervise clinic staff and assist with program development, marketing and business planning.
• Collaborate with clinic leadership team and Medical Director to plan, organize and monitor care delivery.
