Enloe Health is seeking a Clinic Supervisor to oversee the clinic(s) operations, staff supervision, and collaboration with leadership and the Medical Director to deliver quality and efficient health care services. The role focuses on coordinating programs, marketing, and business planning in alignment with organizational goals.

The supervisor will ensure compliance with Medicare/COP standards, drive process improvements, and maintain strong communication with providers, staff, and hospital

Qualifications

• Two years clerical experience in medical setting.
• One-year supervisory experience in a hospital ambulatory area or medical practice setting.
• Associates or bachelor’s degree in business, healthcare, or related field.
• Membership in a professional organization and attending conferences regarding management and supervision of employees.

Responsibilities

• Develop, coordinate and manage clinic operations.
• Supervise clinic staff and assist with program development, marketing and business planning.
• Collaborate with clinic leadership and Medical Director to plan, organize and monitor care delivery.
• Work with providers and departments to maximize quality and efficiency of patient care.
