Job summary

SMX is seeking a Logistics Specialist / Property Book Manager to support material supply chain operations, JPBO, and SOCPAC. You will manage property accountability, conduct inventories, and coordinate with SOCOM partners to ensure audit readiness and accurate lifecycle management.

This role requires TS/SCI clearance, experience with DoD property systems, and willingness to travel CONUS/OCONUS. You will lead meetings, support SOCPAC elements, and ensure efficient material handling and

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years' experience in property book management in a joint military environment.
• Minimum 1 year experience with SOF property management, including MFP 11.
• Strong understanding of property accountability principles.
• Willing and able to travel CONUS/OCONUS.
• Strong verbal and written communication to brief senior leadership.
• Excellent attention to detail in data and audit sampling.

Responsibilities

• Operate and manage property accountability systems and databases.
• Manage Unit Identification Codes and DoDAACs using SOCOM SOLMAN and AESIP.
• Conduct physical inventories and reconcile records.
• Maintain audit readiness and FIAR compliance.
• Manage GFP tracking and KSDs (DD forms 1149, 1348-1A, 250).
• Coordinate JPBO and SOCPAC logistics support.
• Coordinate global shipping, distribution, and tracking.
• Oversee FLIPL workflow and disposition/turn-in operations.
• Operate MHE and support CONUS/OCONUS travel as required.
