Phat Panda is hiring an entry-level Joint Machine Processor for its pre-roll production team in Spokane Valley. The role is hands-on, covering every stage of crafting high-quality pre-rolls. No cannabis experience is required—we provide paid training. Open availability is requested for this position.

You will grind and prep material, operate rolling machines, and help ensure quality and efficiency across production runs. This is a full-time opportunity with room to grow in a growing industry.

Job Summary

We're hiring an entry-level Joint Machine Processor to join our pre-roll production team in Spokane Valley, just off I-90. This role is fully hands-on, covering every stage of crafting high-quality pre-rolls. No cannabis experience needed — we provide paid training. Open availability is required for this position.

What You'll Be Doing

• Grind and prep cannabis material for pre-roll production


• Operate rolling machines and assist with hand-rolled products


• Sift material and maintain consistency across production runs


• Run quality checks to confirm accurate weights and standards


• Track output, inventory, and daily totals by strain


• Keep your work area clean, organized, and fully stocked


• Coordinate with leads to hit production goals and deadlines


• Support training, R&D, and other processing departments as needed

Compensation & Schedule

This full-time role pays $17.13 per hour for a consistent 40-hour workweek. Open availability is required. Quarterly raises are built in to reward your ongoing contribution.

Qualifications

• Age: Must be 21 years or older (State I-502 regulatory requirement)


• Education: High school diploma, GED, or equivalent practical work experience


• Experience: None required — paid training is provided. Prior experience with trimming, rolling, or production environments is a bonus, not a requirement

Physical Demands

• Able to lift up to 50 lbs


• Comfortable standing or sitting for extended periods


• Able to navigate stairs and elevated warehouse mezzanines throughout the shift


• Comfortable working in a two-story warehouse environment, including at heights
