JOB SUMMARY

We are seeking an experienced and knowledgeable Pre‑Roll Machine Operator to join our processing team. The successful candidate will be responsible for operating, servicing and maintaining an automated pre‑roll machine, helping us maintain a high level of quality control and ensure compliance with all state regulations.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Operate automated pre‑roll machine and ensure it is operating at peak efficiency.
• Communicate issues that may arise to the Pre‑Roll Machine Operator 2 and/or Facility Manager.
• Grind, sift and mix infused products.
• Perform quality control on all pre‑rolls that come off the machine.
• Package and label pre‑rolls quickly and efficiently while adhering to all compliance regulations.
• Perform warehouse tasks such as lifting boxes, general assembly and breaking down cardboard.
• Help maintain and organize a clean workspace.

QUALIFICATIONS

• Previous experience using machinery in a manufacturing setting or being mechanically inclined.
• Ability to work as a team and independently.
• Ability to meet quotas set by the Production Manager.
• Ability to multitask.
• Ability to perform repetitive motions while working at one station for an extended period of time.
• Previous experience in a compliance‑regulated field preferred.
• Personal accountability pertaining to work quality and attendance.

ADDITIONAL REQUIREMENTS

• Must be 21 years or older.
• Must pass all required background checks.
• Possess a valid driver’s license or state ID.
• Remain compliant with all legal or company regulations for working in the industry.
• Must be able to lift and balance up to 50 pounds (100 pounds with assistance) and stand for extended periods.
