Job summary

Serco Inc. seeks an experienced Military Trainer – Modeling and Simulation Instructor/Controller to support CJT exercises in Suffolk, VA. The role involves planning, development, and execution of computer-assisted joint exercises with JLVC federation models and multiple simulation platforms.

Requires active DoD Secret clearance with ability to obtain Top Secret/SCI, U.S. citizenship, and a bachelor’s or higher degree (or an associate with related experience).

Qualifications

• Active DoD Secret clearance with ability to obtain Top Secret/SCI.
• U.S. Citizenship is required.
• Bachelor’s degree or higher with minimum 2 years in joint operations, M&S, and planning; or an Associate’s with 4 years related experience.

Responsibilities

• Support development and execution of computer-assisted joint exercises.
• Operate and control modeling and simulation to replicate forces during training events.
• Serve as simulation Instructor and Controller, executing MSEL injects.
• Maintain proficiency in assigned simulation platforms and perform workstation controller duties.
• Validate and maintain OB databases and adversary threat binders.
