CAE in Fort Bragg, North Carolina is seeking a dedicated professional to manage and support the Joint Tactical Operations Interface Training Program. Responsibilities include developing curriculum, conducting instruction, and liaising with operational Combatant Commander staffs.
The ideal candidate will have 10 years of Datalink experience, military instructor experience, and be capable of supporting worldwide deployments.

CAE provides support to the JID’s responsibilities as the JCS proponent for the Joint Tactical Operations (JTO) Interface Training Program, with the objective of ensuring that operational forces can exploit the full capability of JTO Interface Systems. Support covers the full range of functions required to plan, develop, coordinate, and manage the JTO training program, including courseware development and worldwide formal academic training and joint exercise support to support joint, allied, and coalition air and ground forces in the employment of JTO Interface capabilities. Annually, CAE conducts approximately 30 Joint/U.S. Training Courses (CONUS and OCONUS), producing approximately 2000 graduates, and 30 Allied Training Courses (OCONUS), producing approximately 500 graduates for 10 allied nations.
Must comply with all company security and data protection / usage policies and procedures. Personally responsible for proper marking and handling of all information and materials, in any form. Shall not divulge any information, or afford access, to other employees not having a need‑to‑know. Shall not divulge information outside company without management approval. All government and proprietary information will be accessed and stored electronically on company‑provided resources.
Due to U.S. Government contract requirements, only U.S. citizens are eligible for this role.
