Job summary

Precision Focus Training & Consulting is seeking an experienced Exercise Planner to lead and coordinate joint and component exercise efforts. You will bring leadership, strategic thinking, and hands-on MDMP/ADM/JPP expertise to support the client within the Joint Exercise Program (JEP).

You will work with leaders across training, exercises, and operations on programs that leverage the client’s capabilities in the Joint Exercise Life Cycle (JELC).

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience planning and executing a Component or Joint Exercise Program.
• Experience with the Five Stages of the Joint Exercise Life Cycle (JELC).
• Experience with MDMP, Army Design Methodology (ADM), and Joint Planning Process (JPP).
• Experience at an Operational or higher-level Headquarters staff, such as Corps, DRU, ASCC, or ACOM.
• Knowledge of Joint and Multinational exercise design at the operational level.
• Graduate of a Command and General Staff College Intermediate Level Education or Component equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Provide leadership and strategic coordination to support training, exercises, and operations on projects leveraging client capability in the Joint Exercise Program (JEP).
• Support Operations, Activities, and Investments (OAI) and provide continuous planning throughout the Joint Exercise Life Cycle (JELC).
• Assist with program integration and coordinate with components to facilitate participation in rotations.
• Coordinate with INDOPACOM requirements and other clients for exercise rotations and joint planning.
