Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years of management-level experience within the past 4 years.
• Expert-level proficiency with MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
• Direct, hands-on experience with JPAS and DISS.
• Must hold an active Secret security clearance.
• Proven ability to interface with senior Command in high-pressure environments.

Responsibilities

• Exercise Design: Develop and oversee comprehensive schedules for advanced training evolutions and large-scale exercises.
• Range Oversight: Direct demolition and range scheduling specifically for NAWS China Lake facilities.
• Strategic Planning: Maintain Master Training Calendars and synchronize short- and long-range training objectives in coordination with all levels of Command.
• Clearance Tracking: Manage personnel security data through JPAS/DISS to ensure 100% compliance for range access.
• Logistics & Billeting: Oversee barracks billeting and track personnel readiness for units utilizing restricted training areas.
• Information Management: Screen departmental correspondence, initiate administrative actions, and maintain a master library of regulatory references.
• Reporting: Standardize electronic forms and track recurring technical reports to ensure regulatory compliance.
• Records Management: Provide oversight for records maintenance, correspondence screening, and the generation of technical reports.
