Our power is generated from diverse sources, including gas, coal, solar, wind, hydro, and battery storage across the U.S. As a Technician or Field Service team member, you'll operate and maintain power plants, ensuring safe, reliable, and efficient operation.

We welcome applicants of all levels and interests. AES considers candidates for roles such as Wind Turbine Technicians, Solar Technicians, BESS Technicians, Control Room Operators, Site Managers, Field Service Engineers, and Team Leaders. Positions are full-time, permanent, and require on-site work. Candidates need a GED or High School Diploma and a valid US driver's license. Leadership roles require experience in managing technical teams with a focus on safety standards.
