Job summary

TheKey is hiring caregivers in Beaverton, Portland, Lake Oswego, and surrounding communities to provide in-home care for aging seniors. You’ll work 1:1 with clients and support daily living activities in a home setting.

Qualifications

• At least 6 months of professional caregiving experience.
• Alzheimer's or Dementia experience.
• Empathy and kindness required.
• Ability to use sound judgment and stay calm in diverse situations.
• Must be reliable, dependable and punctual.
• Must be at least 18 years old and have basic computer skills.
• Driver for clients with vehicle, insurance and registration.

Responsibilities

• Personal care such as dressing, bathing, grooming and assisting with meals.
• Light housekeeping, laundry, and organizing.
• Transporation to appointments, errands and grocery shopping.
• Provide companionship through activities and social interaction.

Responsibilities

As a Caregiver for TheKey, you’ll assist your clients 1:1 with the following activities inside their homes:

• Personal care: dressing, bathing, grooming and assisting with meals
• Light housekeeping: basic cleaning, laundry, and organizing
• Transportation: Driving clients to appointments, running errands, and grocery shopping
• Companionship: games, puzzles or other activities that provide social and emotional support

Qualifications
