TheKey is seeking caregivers for in-home care in Lake Oswego, Portland and surroundings. Join a growing team with weekend and daytime shifts, full-time and part-time options, and flexible schedules. Pay ranges from $22 to $25 per hour with weekly pay and mileage reimbursement.

Qualifications

• 6+ months of professional caregiving experience.
• Alzheimer's or Dementia experience.
• Empathy, compassion and kindness required.
• Ability to stay calm and use sound judgement.
• Reliable, dependable and punctual.
• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Basic computer skills.
• Driver with own car and valid insurance/registration.

Responsibilities

• Personal care: dressing, bathing, grooming and assisting with meals.
• Light housekeeping: basic cleaning, laundry, and organizing.
• Transportation: driving clients to appointments, errands and shopping.
• Companionship: games, puzzles or activities for social support.
