Job summary

TheKey is seeking dedicated caregivers to provide in-home private-pay care to aging adults in Molalla, West Linn, and surrounding communities. Earn $22–$25 per hour with full-time or part-time roles and flexible day or weekend shifts. Enjoy weekly pay, mileage reimbursement, and benefits, with excellent support from local management.

Qualifications

• At least 6 months of professional caregiving experience required
• Experience with Alzheimer's or Dementia care is preferred

• Able to use sound judgement and stay calm in varied situations
• Reliable, dependable and punctual, 18+ years of age
• Basic computer skills
• Driver with vehicle, insurance and registration

Responsibilities

• Assist clients 1:1 with personal care, including dressing, bathing, grooming and meals
• Light housekeeping, laundry, and organizing
• Transportation to appointments, errands, and shopping

Responsibilities

As a Caregiver for TheKey, you’ll assist your clients 1:1 with the following activities inside their homes:

• Personal care: dressing, bathing, grooming and assisting with meals


• Light housekeeping: basic cleaning, laundry, and organizing


• Transportation: Driving clients to appointments, running errands, and grocery shopping


• Companionship: games, puzzles or other activities that provide social and emotional support

Qualifications
