Job summary

South Shore Community Action Council, Inc. is expanding its Early Head Start/Infant Toddler program in Wareham, MA, and seeks caring early childhood educators to join new Toddler classrooms after training at our Plymouth facility.

Full-time position, 37.5 hours weekly, with orientation, ongoing support, and competitive hourly rates based on CDA/AA/BA credentials. All candidates must complete CORI, DCF, SORI and fingerprint checks.

Qualifications

• EEC Lead Teacher Infant/Toddler certification required.
• Background checks (CORI, DCF, SORI, fingerprint) are part of the hiring process.
• Candidates must be available for full-time, 37.5 hours weekly, with no nights or weekends.

Responsibilities

• Provide orientation and classroom training for new Infant/Toddler classrooms.
• Transition successful trainees to Wareham location after training.
• Help grow and maintain high‑quality learning environments for young children.
