Job summary

Transitions Healthcare North Huntingdon is seeking Licensed Practical Nurses (LPNs) to join our team. Weekend baylor program available with shifts from 3pm-7am or 7am-11pm—two 16-hour shifts paid as a full 40-hour week.

We offer a student loan forgiveness program and on-demand payment options to support our caregivers. Qualified candidates must graduate from an accredited LPN program and hold a PA LPN license.

Qualifications

• Must be a graduate of an accredited LPN nursing program.
• Must have a valid LPN license in PA.
• Sign-on bonus is for full-time new hires only.

Responsibilities

• Take and record vital signs, such as blood pressure.
• Administer medications and treatments as ordered and report adverse reactions to medications or treatments.
• Monitor patients and chart medical records accurately.
• Report the condition of a patient back to RNs and doctors.
• Communicate openly and effectively with patients and families, while demonstrating compassion and friendly behavior.
