Job summary

John Deere A&I Rock Valley is seeking a Warehouse Worker to join the Rock Valley, IA facility. You will perform core warehouse tasks, including picking, sorting, and preparing parts for shipment in a safety-focused, fast-paced team environment.

The role requires operating forklifts and other power-driven equipment, reading work instructions, and collaborating with teammates. Overtime and Saturday work may be required.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• High School Diploma or GED, or National Career Readiness Certificate (NCRC), or at least 3 years of manufacturing/warehouse experience.
• Ability to perform manual tasks including frequent standing, walking, bending, and lifting up to 50 lbs.
• Willingness to work 1st shift and potential overtime (including Saturdays).

Responsibilities

• Pick and sort parts in a fast-paced warehouse environment.
• Prepare parts for shipment.
• Operate power-driven equipment such as forklifts and industrial trucks.
• Read and follow work instructions and established procedures.

As a Warehouse Workerwith A&I Products (located in Rock Valley, IA), you will play a critical role in providing our customers with high-quality products. You will work in a dynamic, fast-paced team environment where attention to quality and a commitment to safety are paramount. Warehouse work is physically demanding and you will be expected to perform manual tasks related to described job duties for duration of all work shifts.

Job details are dependent on duties assigned but in general consist of the following:

• Work in a warehouse environment focused on safety, quality, and teamwork.
• Efficiently pick and sort parts within the warehouse, as well as prepare parts for shipment.
• Operate power driven equipment such as forklifts and industrial trucks to move material, parts, and equipment.
• Read and comprehend work instructions and follow established procedures.
• Assist and support other team members.
• Clean work area and perform other miscellaneous duties inherent to the job.

Minimum Qualifications:

• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• Must haveat least oneof the following:
  • High School Diploma or G.E.D.
  • National Career Readiness Certificate (NCRC)
  • At least3 yearsof manufacturing/warehouse work experience
• Ability to perform manual tasks related to described job duties for duration of work shift - including but not limited to frequent standing, walking, bending, and lifting (up to 50 lbs.).
• Ability and willingness to work 1st shift and potential overtime (including Saturdays).

Preferred Qualifications (What Makes You Stand Out):
