Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required; bachelor’s in Engineering or Construction Management preferred.
• 5+ years as a Superintendent, SSHO, CQM, or related construction management role with project experience on JOC/BOS/O&M contracts.

Responsibilities

• Oversee field operations, ensuring safety, quality, schedule, budget, and customer satisfaction.
• Lead subcontractor superintendents and enforce USACE project requirements.
• Prepare schedules, staffing needs, materials, equipment, and punch lists.
• Communicate issues, schedule conflicts, and logistics needs to Project Managers.
