Job summary

Tri-City Group in Port Washington, WI seeks a Jobsite Safety professional to advance health and safety initiatives, foster a strong safety culture, and identify and mitigate hazards on active sites.

This role requires proactive leadership, strong communication with field crews, and the ability to conduct training, inspections, and incident investigations to maintain compliance with OSHA and company standards.

Qualifications

• Approximately 7 years of construction safety experience.
• Current First Aid/CPR certification.
• OSHA 30.
• One or more of the following safety certifications: CSP, CHST, ASP.

Responsibilities

• Support the development, implementation, and improvement of project safety programs
• Promote a positive safety culture among all jobsite personnel
• Identify, evaluate, and mitigate workplace hazards
• Ensure compliance with OSHA regulations and company safety standards
• Conduct daily safety guidance, training sessions, and toolbox talks
• Perform jobsite inspections and recommend corrective actions
• Investigate incidents and document findings to prevent recurrence
• Monitor contractor compliance with safety policies and procedures
• Assist in risk assessments and loss prevention planning
• Maintain accurate safety documentation and reporting

Tri-City Group is currently seeking a Jobsite Safety for immediate openings in Port Washington, WI. This role is dedicated to advancing and reinforcing health and safety initiatives, fostering a robust safety culture throughout the organization, ensuring the identification and mitigation of potential hazards.

Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

• Support the development, implementation, and improvement of project safety programs
