HazTek is seeking an experienced Safety Professional committed to continuous improvement and ongoing professional development to support our commercial construction projects by leading all on‑site safety operations. This is a high‑impact role for a safety professional who is passionate about protecting people, strengthening safety culture, and maintaining the highest standards of compliance.

Responsibilities

• Lead and oversee all aspects of safety operations on active commercial construction projects
• Ensure full OSHA compliance and implementation of company safety policies and procedures
• Conduct daily safety meetings, site audits, and inspections
• Complete accident reports and lead accident and incident investigations
• Monitor and oversee all subcontractors and contractors to ensure compliance with safety standards
• Manage and enforce safety programs related to Fall Protection, Scaffolding, Steel Erection, and Excavation
• Proactively identify hazards and implement corrective actions before incidents occur
• Present safety updates, findings, and recommendations to project leadership and senior stakeholders
