Qualifications

• Approximately 7 years of construction safety experience.
• Current First Aid/CPR certification.
• OSHA 30.
• One or more of the following safety certifications: CSP, CHST, ASP.

Responsibilities

• Support the development, implementation and improvement of project safety programs.
• Promote a positive safety culture among all jobsite personnel.
• Identify, evaluate and mitigate workplace hazards.
• Ensure compliance with OSHA regulations and company safety standards.
• Conduct daily safety guidance, training sessions and toolbox talks.
• Perform jobsite inspections and recommend corrective actions.
• Investigate incidents and document findings to prevent recurrence.
• Monitor contractor compliance with safety policies and procedures.
• Assist in risk assessments and loss prevention planning.
• Maintain accurate safety documentation and reporting.

Tri-City Group is currently seeking a Jobsite Safety for immediate openings in South Bend, IN. This role is dedicated to advancing and reinforcing health and safety initiatives, fostering a robust safety culture throughout the organization, ensuring the identification and mitigation of potential hazards.

Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

• Support the development, implementation, and improvement of project safety programs
• Promote a positive safety culture among all jobsite personnel
