Job summary

Netflix is seeking an Engineering Manager for the Mobile SDK to lead Android and iOS engineers, driving inclusion, transparency, autonomy, and humility while owning the SDK release cycle.

You will partner with the Games Product group to deliver the SDK roadmap and coordinate with client, server, and productivity teams to ensure robust, scalable mobile experiences across platforms. This role supports a hybrid, remote work setup with occasional visits to Los Gatos.

Location & Relocation

Open to candidates willing to relocate to Los Gatos, California, or based anywhere in the United States with occasional visits to Netflix offices.

The market range for roles at this location typically falls between $180,000 and $900,000 in total compensation, though the hourly rate for this position is listed as $20‑30 per hour.
