Our platform and tools leverage the Netflix services to safely deliver changes and ensure they behave as expected. We provide confidence that a change has the intended effect and help detect unintended side‑effects that could affect Netflix users (e.g., increased error costs or latency). We also facilitate chaos engineering, which mimics failure scenarios to answer questions such as “what happens if latency or error rates surge?”

Scope of Work

We are a distributed team with members both in-office and remote, meeting in person quarterly. In 2023, our focus areas include:
