We are seeking a highly experienced Dental Treatment Coordinator with proven leadership and management skills to join our growing team. Key Responsibilities
Present and explain treatment plans clearly and confidently to patients
Coordinate scheduling of dental procedures with efficiency and accuracy
Facilitate financial arrangements and manage insurance verification
Collaborate with clinical team to ensure seamless patient care
Monitor and improve case acceptance rates
Manage front office operations, including staff scheduling and training
Ensure compliance with office policies and regulatory guidelines
Support practice growth through effective patient communication and service
Work closely with dentists to enhance case acceptance, treatment coordination, and practice growth
Address patient concerns and maintain strong patient relationships
Qualifications
Minimum 5 years of experience as a Treatment Coordinator or in a dental front office management role
Strong understanding of dental terminology, procedures, and insurance billing
Demonstrated leadership ability with team supervision experience
Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
High level of organization and attention to detail
Proficiency in dental software systems (e.g., Open Dental, PBN)
Bilingual in Spanish or Armenian is a plus (not required)
