Your Role:
As a Dental Treatment Coordinator, you will play a key role in helping our patients feel confident and informed about their dental care journey. You’ll work closely with patients, guiding them through treatment plans and making their experience as seamless and stress-free as possible.

Key Responsibilities:

• Guide patients through treatment plans, explaining procedures, costs, and insurance options in a clear and supportive manner.
• Coordinate appointments and treatment sequences to ensure everything runs smoothly.
• Assist with insurance verification and claims processing to streamline patient experience.
• Discuss financial options and help patients navigate payment plans that work for them.
• Provide exceptional service by addressing patient inquiries and making them feel valued every step of the way.

• Wednesday: 11:45 AM – 7:15 PM

- Previous experience as a Dental Treatment Coordinator or similar dental office role is required
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Knowledge of dental procedures, terminology, and insurance processes
- Proficiency in dental software and basic computer skills
- Ability to provide outstanding customer service

Salary $28-$35 per hour.
