The Assistant Director, Professional Education is responsible for academic advising and recruiting for an expanding portfolio of residential Professional Master’s Programs (PMPs) in the Office of Professional Education with the Dean’s Office for Purdue’s College of Engineering. This position will have core responsibility for registration advising and recruiting across the Professional Education residential professional master’s program portfolio, which currently includes Engineering Management, Autonomy, Internet of Things (IoT), and Robotics, with additional programs currently being planned.
The Assistant Director coordinates closely with the Office of Professional Education staff team, while reporting to the Senior Director of Professional Master’s Programs in Engineering. The position will primarily support West Lafayette campus programs, with periodic supplemental support for Purdue in Indianapolis campus programs as they are launched. Graduate Engineering at Purdue University is of national prominence, and the Assistant Director will ensure that the academic advising and recruitment activities are accomplished with the highest quality.
