The Arc Wayne is hiring a Job Coach in Newark, New Jersey. You will help individuals prepare for and maintain competitive community employment, fostering punctuality, hygiene, and productivity, and you may transport participants to work sites.

A Day In The Life Of a Job Coach

In this vital role, you will support participants in successfully preparing for and/or maintain competitive community integrated employment.

Work with participants to develop work habits like punctuality, hygiene, productivity, etc. Transports participants to and from work sites.
