Responsibilities

• Communicate with customers by telephone, virtually, or in-person to assess goals and provide information.
• Review and identify job opportunities for customers and refer qualified candidates.
• Advise customers on the local job market, services, resources, and resume development.
• Develop cooperative relationships with internal teams and external partners.
• Seek ways to improve workforce services to meet labor market needs.
• Contribute to Career Center performance goals and follow up with customers.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
