Responsibilities

1. Act as a primary contact for clients
2. Assist with developing and maintaining client relationships
3. Consult with clients during the purchasing process
4. Be knowledgeable about all products and services offered
5. Understand pricing and create/follow up on estimates
6. Communicate regularly with the production team and customers
7. Review client files for quality and accuracy
