What is the opportunity?

Partner with IT, business lines, and technology vendors to assess, research, and analyze business, technical, and system needs. Resolve business systems issues by recommending and owning technology solutions that meet stakeholder needs. Support and troubleshoot a suite of back-office and vendor applications.

What will you do?

• Collaborate with business partners and IT stakeholders.
• Maintain a knowledge base of internal processes, compliance, audit, system interfaces, and application enhancements.
• Analyze and troubleshoot technical problems with end-users, stakeholders, and vendors.
• Coordinate administrative activities for application, compliance, governance, and regulatory initiatives.
• Work with development and QA teams to deploy change requests and enforce release best practices.
• Assist with business communications during major incidents and manage system postings.
• Compare performance across environments and address issues.
• Perform activities to keep applications current, including month-end runs, change deployments, and incident management.
• Manage change activities such as source code management and documentation for implementation.

Must-have

• Experience managing dev, pre-prod, and prod environments as an Application Custodian.
• Support and maintenance experience.
• Knowledge of risk, compliance, and disaster recovery protocols.
• Motivated, independent, and able to manage multiple priorities.
• Attention to detail and a mindset for continuous improvement.
• Quick learner with new technologies and business knowledge.
• Excellent communication skills, capable of explaining technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.

Nice-to-have

• Experience in server and application monitoring, server management (Unix/Windows).
• Knowledge of SQL Server, Cloud, policy reporting, source code management, and orchestration tools like GitHub, Nexus, Jenkins.

The salary range for this position is $65-115K, depending on experience, skills, and market conditions. This range excludes additional compensation such as bonuses and benefits.
