Magnolia Plumbing, LLC is seeking a reliable Warehouse Associate to join our team in Maryland. The role handles daily receiving, stocking, pulling, and organizing inventory, with data entry in ServiceTitan and coordination with technicians.

The ideal candidate is organized, dependable, and comfortable in a fast-paced warehouse environment, with prior warehouse or inventory experience and the ability to lift up to 50 pounds. Forklift experience preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Receive incoming shipments and verify against packing slips and PO.
• Stock and stage materials for jobs and technician trucks.
• Perform routine cycle counts and report variances.
• Keep warehouse clean, organized, and labeled.
• Identify damaged or missing materials and notify Warehouse Manager.
• Assist with loading/unloading and will-call pickups.
• Move items between warehouse locations and technician trucks.
• Log receiving against POs in ServiceTitan and update statuses.
• Pull and stage materials per job lists in ServiceTitan.
• Update inventory locations as stock is reorganized.
• Flag discrepancies for inventory adjustments.
• Support RMA processing and inventory adjustments.
• Maintain accurate inventory records in ServiceTitan.
• Collaborate with Warehouse Manager, Purchasing, and field teams.

Magnolia Plumbing, LLC is seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Warehouse Associate to join our team. This position is responsible for the daily receiving, stocking, pulling, and organization of inventory, while maintaining accurate receiving and truck stock records in ServiceTitan. The ideal candidate is organized, dependable, comfortable with repetitive tasks and data entry, and able to work effectively in a fast-paced warehouse environment.

Responsibilities

• Receive incoming shipments, verify materials against packing slips and purchase orders, and properly put away stock.
• Pick and stage materials for jobs, projects, and technician truck restocks.
• Perform routine cycle counts of assigned inventory bins and sections.
• Keep the warehouse clean, organized, and properly labeled.
• Identify and report damaged, defective, missing, or incorrect materials to the Warehouse Manager for adjustment.
• Assist with loading and unloading trucks and coordinating will-call pickups.
• Perform material transfers between warehouse locations and technician trucks.
• Track and process material returns.
• Log receiving against open purchase orders in ServiceTitan and confirm quantities received.
• Update purchase order status in ServiceTitan as shipments arrive, including partially received and fully received orders.
• Process truck stock transfers by moving items from warehouse locations to individual technician truck records.
• Pull and stage materials based on job and project material lists generated in ServiceTitan.
• Update inventory bin and location fields in ServiceTitan as stock is reorganized.
• Flag inventory discrepancies, damaged goods, or miscounts to the Warehouse Manager for appropriate inventory adjustments.
• Assist with RMA processing by tagging returned items for the Warehouse Manager to adjust in inventory.
• Maintain accurate inventory and receiving information in ServiceTitan.
• Work closely with the Warehouse Manager, Purchasing, field technicians, and other departments to ensure materials are available when needed.

Requirements

• Prior warehouse, stockroom, or inventory clerk experience preferred.
• Basic computer literacy and the ability to learn and use ServiceTitan's inventory screens.
• Ability to accurately receive, organize, count, pull, and transfer inventory.
• Ability to maintain a clean, organized, and properly labeled warehouse.
• Reliable follow-through and ability to work effectively with warehouse and field personnel.
• Experience with inventory management, stock control, or warehouse tracking systems preferred.
• Ability to verify incoming shipments against purchase orders and packing slips.
• Ability to identify and report damaged, missing, or incorrect materials.
• Familiarity with basic warehouse procedures, including receiving, stocking, picking, packing, and issuing materials.
• Ability to safely operate pallet jacks, hand trucks, and other warehouse equipment.
• Forklift experience or certification preferred.
• Ability to follow written and verbal instructions and complete tasks independently.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining accuracy.
• Commitment to workplace safety and proper handling of tools, equipment, and materials.
• Ability to regularly lift, carry, and move materials weighing up to 50 pounds.
• High school diploma or GED preferred.
