Job summary

Williams Comfort Air in Indianapolis is seeking an HVAC Service Technician to deliver high-quality residential service, maintenance, tune-ups, and repairs. You will diagnose issues, propose solutions, and complete service calls with accuracy and safety, using ServiceTitan or similar software.

The role emphasizes professionalism, customer trust, and ongoing skill growth. Experience: at least 2 years in HVAC troubleshooting/repair; a valid driver's license and clean record; EPA 608 and NATE

Qualifications

• Valid driver's license and clean driving record
• Minimum 2 years HVAC troubleshooting and repair experience
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
• Have basic HVAC tools in possession

Responsibilities

• Perform residential service, maintenance, tune-ups, inspections, and repairs
• Diagnose HVAC system issues and recommend appropriate solutions
• Complete service calls safely, efficiently, and to company standards
• Communicate clearly with dispatch, customers, and internal teams
• Accurately complete service invoices and job documentation (100% accuracy)
• Properly close out jobs immediately after completion
• Maintain a clean, organized company vehicle
• Use ServiceTitan (or similar software) to manage work orders and documentation
• Participate in ongoing training to sharpen your skills and grow your career

Do I Have What It Takes?

Required:

• Valid driver’s license and clean driving record required to drive company vehicle

• Minimum 2 years of HVAC troubleshooting and repair experience

• Excellent communication and customer service skills

• Have basic HVAC tools in possession

Preferred (but not required):

• EPA 608 Certification (Type I & II required; Universal preferred)

• NATE Certifications (Core + specialties) preferred, not required

• Experience using ServiceTitan
