Qualifications

• 3+ years of residential HVAC service experience.
• Strong diagnostic, troubleshooting, and repair skills.
• Excellent communication and customer service abilities with a proven ability to build rapport and trust with homeowners.
• EPA Certification required (NATE Certification highly preferred).
• Valid driver's license and clean driving record.
• A motivated, team-oriented attitude and commitment to delivering high-quality work.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose & Repair HVAC Systems: troubleshoot and repair residential heating and cooling equipment, including furnaces, air conditioners, heat pumps, and boilers.
• Perform Preventative Maintenance: complete seasonal tune-ups and maintenance visits that improve system performance, efficiency, and reliability.
• Educate Homeowners: clearly explain findings, recommend repair options, and help customers make informed decisions about their comfort systems.
• Support Installations: assist with or perform equipment installations when needed. Installation experience is a strong plus.
• Identify Additional Service Opportunities: recommend value-added solutions, accessories, repairs, and system upgrades that genuinely improve home comfort and energy efficiency.
• Deliver an Outstanding Customer Experience: build lasting relationships through professionalism, integrity, and quality workmanship.

Pay: $70,000 - $100,000+ Earning Potential (Hourly + Uncapped Commission)

Location: Bedford Heights, OH (servicing up to an hour out and back)
