Job summary

Total Comfort is seeking an HVAC technician to troubleshoot, service, and repair residential HVAC systems. The role offers strong support, full training, and a pathway to growth within a large ARS family.

Paid as a full-time role with a competitive pay range and potential commission, plus benefits. A sign-on bonus is available based on experience and interview performance.

Qualifications

• 2 years of residential HVAC experience required.
• EPA certification (or ability to obtain) is required.
• Valid driver’s license and clean driving record; background and drug screening are required.

Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot, service, and repair residential HVAC systems with training and tools.
• Operate under supervision with strong leadership support.
