Pay: $60,000 - $100,000+ Earning Potential (Hourly + Uncapped Commission + Bonuses)

We're looking for an experienced Residential HVAC Service Technician who is confident, sharp with customers, and takes pride in quality work.
- Troubleshoot & Repair: Expertly diagnose and repair residential HVAC systems (forced air, A/C, heat pumps, boilers, etc.) with a clean, efficient approach.
- Maintenance: Perform thorough preventative maintenance and seasonal tune-ups.
- Customer Consultation: Communicate clearly and honestly with homeowners about system issues, providing repair options and recommending upgrades or replacements when appropriate.
- Installation: Assist with or perform system installations as needed (a plus if you are strong in this area).
- Sales Support: Identify opportunities to upsell services, accessories, and system enhancements that improve comfort and efficiency, while building trust and long-term customer relationships.
- Minimum 3+ years of residential HVAC service experience
- Strong mechanical skills and proven ability in diagnostics and repair.
- Solid communication and customer-facing skills—you know how to build relationships with homeowners.
- Required Certifications: EPA Certification (NATE is a definite plus!)
- A clean driving record and valid driver’s license.
