Veteranair in Sarasota, FL is seeking an HVAC Maintenance Technician to keep residential systems performing at peak efficiency. You will perform routine maintenance, diagnose issues, and complete service orders using ServiceTitan software.

Qualifications

• Basic HVAC knowledge (required).

• Valid U.S. Driver’s License with satisfactory driving record (required).
• Ability to pass pre-employment background check and drug test (required).

Responsibilities

• Perform routine HVAC system maintenance to ensure optimal efficiency and performance.
• Diagnose, troubleshoot, and perform preventative maintenance on residential HVAC systems.
• Inspect equipment, identify potential issues, and provide customers with recommended solutions.
• Follow daily schedules, complete assigned work orders, and maintain detailed service records.
• Educate customers on best practices for maintaining their HVAC systems.
• Use ServiceTitan software to track maintenance work and document system conditions.
• Maintain compliance with HVAC codes, safety regulations, and company standards.
• Represent the company professionally with a positive attitude and appearance.
• Perform additional duties as assigned by supervisor or manager.
